All our products are made with reclaimed oaks, native woods and other materials like hanf-craft steal. However, there are situations that may occur, that deteriorate the furniture piece, so we give you some tips to prevent this:

  • There are multiple types of varnishes, oils and ways to protect the wood. The protector to apply will depend on the use and place where the furniture will live. Therefore, we recommend you to notify us in advance if you are looking to occupy, for example, a piece of furniture on the outside, so that we can apply an exterior varnish along with a design that suits the use it will have.

  • The Red Wine furniture is designed to be used indoors. If you leave them abroad, they are likely to deteriorate.

  • Although we work only with dry wood, you should consider that wood is a material that comes from a living being, it is normal to work in sudden changes in humidity or temperatures. Always try to prevent the wood from drying out and we recommend applying natural oils for maintenance.

  • SECURITY: All data provided by our customers are carefully guarded and exclusively used to carry out the order.

  • ORDERS: For the purchase of the products, through the Shop of the Red Wine Collection, the order is processed and confirmed, once the purchase and payment is made. All products requested through our website or email, have a delay of +/- 20 business days for the metropolitan region of Chile, with a variable extension for regional or international shipments depending on the specific location. For the delivery of orders, the deadlines vary depending on the magnitude of the order and we will inform you of the specific delivery time. We will keep in touch with you to inform about the status of your order and coordinate the delivery date.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS: Purchases or payments can be made through electronic transfer to our bank account or Pay Pal. For other ways of payment please contact us at Once the payment is made your order is confirmed.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We also ship outside Chile. To quote the cost and the shipping method, contact us and we will give you an immediate response.

  • CHANGES AND RETURNS: The products are handmade by our team of artisan and prior to delivery, they go through a review process, both in the measure, design and in its preparation. Once the product achieve the requirements requested, we´ll send it to you. In case the product received has a deterioration or is not to your liking, contact us at We only receive products that have not been used, and we take 24 hours to do this review. Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the product is delivered.
